Hassle-Free Returns
We make returns simple. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

What we need:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Original tags and labels must be intact
• The item should show no signs of wear or damage

How to return:
Email us at info[@]charmole.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. We'll arrange a Quiqup pickup from your address, and a AED 44 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover delivery costs.

Processing time:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return, credited to your original payment method.

Refresh: A gentle wipe with wet wipes can help restore your Charmolé pieces to their original condition.

Protect: Keep your accessories away from perfumes and chemicals, as these may damage the metal accents and leather details.

Deep Clean: For non-leather items with removable metal parts, you may hand wash using a hint of mild detergent once all hardware is removed.

Note: We do not recommend washing other product types to ensure the longevity of the handmade materials.
