Shipping policy

1. Overview

At Charmolé Studio, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. We ship across the UAE via our trusted logistics partner, Quiqup, and to Saudi Arabia (KSA) via Shipa Delivery. Once your order is processed, we aim to get it to you as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following destinations:

UAE

We ship to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates via Quiqup, which operates throughout the UAE.

KSA

We ship to Saudi Arabia via Shipa Delivery, offering cross-border door-to-door delivery from our UAE warehouse.

3. Shipping Costs

UAE

  • Free shipping on all orders of AED 100 and above
  • A flat shipping fee of AED 22 applies to orders below AED 100

KSA

  • Free shipping on all orders of AED 300 and above
  • A flat shipping fee of AED 40 applies to orders below AED 300
  • All applicable customs duties and VAT are included in your order total — no surprise charges at the door

4. Delivery Timeline

UAE

Our standard delivery SLA is 1–2 business days from the time your order is processed and handed to Quiqup.

  • Business days: Monday through Friday
  • UAE public holidays are not counted as business days
  • Processing times may vary based on order complexity and fulfillment demands

KSA

Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the following business day
  • There is no dispatch on Sundays
  • There is no delivery in KSA on Fridays

All delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our courier’s control.

5. Order Processing

The delivery SLA begins once your order has been processed and handed to our logistics partner. We process orders carefully, and processing times may vary depending on order complexity and fulfillment demands. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and the delivery window commences.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link and reference number. You can use this to monitor your package in real time.

  • UAE orders: tracked via Quiqup
  • KSA orders: tracked via Shipa Delivery

7. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed or unavailable in the following circumstances:

  • UAE or KSA public holidays and religious observances
  • Customs clearance delays for cross-border shipments to KSA
  • Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer
  • Charmolé Studio may temporarily pause shipments during business closures or holidays; customers will be notified on the website in such cases

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including building name or number, street, and any special delivery instructions. Charmolé Studio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

9. Customs, Duties, and VAT (KSA)

Cross-border shipments to KSA are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable customs duties and VAT are handled by Shipa Delivery on your behalf and are reflected in your order total at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

  • 15% VAT applies on the declared goods value
  • High-value shipments (SAR 1,000 and above) may be subject to formal customs clearance and additional processing fees

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos and tracking information. We will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
