We ship to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed and delivered through our trusted logistics partner, Quiqup, which operates throughout the UAE.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over AED 100 and above.
  • Orders below the minimum: A flat shipping fee of AED 22 will be charged at checkout

4. Delivery Timeline

Our standard service level agreement (SLA) is 1-2 business days from the time your order is processed and prepared for shipment by Charmolé Studio. This means the delivery timeline starts after we have confirmed, processed, and handed your order to Quiqup for delivery.

  • Business days: Monday through Friday
  • Public holidays observed in the UAE are not counted as business days
  • Processing times may vary based on order complexity and fulfillment demands

5. Order Processing

The 1-2 business day delivery SLA begins once your order has been processed and handed to our logistics partner. We process orders carefully, and processing times may vary depending on order complexity and fulfillment demands. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, and the 1-2 business day delivery window commences.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link and reference number. You can use this information to track your package in real time with Quiqup and monitor its progress to your delivery address.

7. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed or unavailable in the following circumstances:

  • UAE public holidays and religious observances
  • Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer
  • Charmolé Studio may temporarily pause shipments during business closures or holidays; customers will be notified on the website in such cases.

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including building name/number, street, and any special delivery instructions. Charmole is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos and tracking information. We will work with Quiqup to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
